Teresa Puig Amat, presidenta de la fundaci\u00f3, publicada a iSabadell<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Som Suport Fundaci\u00f3 treballem cada dia per oferir un acompanyament centrat en les persones amb <\/span><b>discapacitat intel\u00b7lectual<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, respectant les seves capacitats, interessos i drets. Recentment, el mitj\u00e0 digital <\/span><b>iSabadell<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> va publicar una entrevista amb la nostra presidenta, <\/span><b>M. Teresa Puig Amat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, on reflexiona sobre el creixement de la fundaci\u00f3 i el comprom\u00eds amb la qualitat de l\u2019atenci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDarrere de cada xifra hi ha una hist\u00f2ria, un projecte vital i una relaci\u00f3 de confian\u00e7a. El repte \u00e9s continuar donant resposta a aquestes realitats sense perdre l\u2019ess\u00e8ncia que ens defineix.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Un recorregut que neix del comprom\u00eds<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019any 2010, Som Suport Fundaci\u00f3 atenia 15 persones. El 2025, hem tancat amb 137 persones acompanyades. Aquest creixement progressiu \u2014amb fites com les 39 persones el 2014, les 62 el 2017 o les 99 el 2020\u2014 no ha estat mai un objectiu en si mateix. Segons M. Teresa Puig Amat, \u201cha estat la conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia natural d\u2019escoltar necessitats reals i donar-hi resposta amb responsabilitat.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada nova incorporaci\u00f3 ha significat un repte, per\u00f2 sobretot una oportunitat per reafirmar el model d\u2019atenci\u00f3 de la fundaci\u00f3: <\/span><b>proper, respectu\u00f3s i centrat en la persona<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>L\u2019\u00e0rea de suport futur<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cal destacar l\u2019augment constant de l\u2019<\/span><b>\u00e0rea de suport futur<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, un servei que garanteix que les persones que actualment ofereixen assist\u00e8ncia puguin confiar que el suport continuar\u00e0 quan elles ja no el puguin oferir. Actualment, Som Suport t\u00e9 comprom\u00eds de suport futur per a 79 persones, una xifra que reflecteix la confian\u00e7a que les fam\u00edlies dipositen en nosaltres.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Les persones, sempre al centre<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLa qualitat de l\u2019acompanyament no dep\u00e8n nom\u00e9s del nombre de persones, sin\u00f3 del temps, la pres\u00e8ncia i l\u2019escolta que podem oferir\u201d, explica M. Teresa Puig Amat. L\u2019increment de persones ateses ha anat sempre acompanyat del refor\u00e7 dels equips professionals, mantenint r\u00e0tios adequades i garantint que cada persona tingui l\u2019atenci\u00f3 que mereix.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Mirar al futur amb responsabilitat<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>Pla Estrat\u00e8gic 2025-2028<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> preveu una admissi\u00f3 anual d\u2019entre 8 i 10 persones, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019arribar a unes 170 persones ateses el 2028. Aquest creixement planificat vol assegurar la sostenibilitat del projecte i la qualitat del suport, mantenint la mirada centrada en les persones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEl repte dels propers anys ser\u00e0 continuar donant resposta a aquestes realitats sense perdre l\u2019ess\u00e8ncia que ens defineix.
